Hello Sunday School Families!
Happy Thanksgiving to you all! We have an ecumenical community Thanksgiving Worship here tomorrow night at 7:00; Paul Oman will paint, the Karar Dancers will perform, and there will be tons of special music. It's a joyous celebration for the whole community!
December 11th will be a Cookies & Craft event for kids! Come after school sip on hot cocoa (with candy canes, of course!), decorate cookies, and make a Christmas keepsake! Sign up here or on the app.
On Dec. 18th we are going to have a Christmas Music concert at 6:00 featuring you and your kids! If you or your kids would like to share music with us, this is the perfect opportunity! We'll have a piano to play, but you can bring instruments as well. Reply to this email to sign up.
There is NO Sunday School on Dec. 1st, but there's still worship, of course. I do, however, have family devotions for Advent ready for pick up in the Sunday School room. It's a once-a-week devotion and activity for you to do as a family, and it also has an Advent Activity Calendar to follow every day of Advent, which begins Sunday, Dec. 1st.
I've created some resources for you to work on the Christmas program songs at home--you have many options; hopefully one works for your family!

- Haven't downloaded the app yet? Search "First Lutheran Amery" in the app store. Click here for more detailed instructions.
- Listen on spotify; the only downfall is that the theme song, "His Name is Jesus" is not available.
- Listen on Youtube; the only downfall is that some of the songs have extra verses you don't need to know.
